**Job Title: Experienced Dealership Salesperson**

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Engage with customers both in-person and over the phone to assist in selecting and purchasing vehicles that meet their needs and budget.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of our vehicle inventory, including features, specifications, and pricing.
- Conduct test drives and provide thorough explanations of vehicle features, operation, and benefits.
- Achieve and exceed personal and dealership sales targets on a monthly basis.
- Utilize dealership CRM systems to log customer interactions and track the sales process from start to finish.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and promotional events to better serve clients.
- Collaborate with finance teams to assist customers with vehicle financing and leasing options.
- Uphold high ethical standards and adhere to all dealership policies and regulations.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a salesperson in an automotive dealership or a similar sales environment.
- Strong track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to quickly build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive sales, financing, and leasing processes.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related technology.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
